Provide the exact passenger count
The KASEL DRIVE Mercedes-Benz V250 Extra Long has up to 7 passenger seats in its standard configuration, excluding the driver. The exact number of people is needed to agree seating and luggage placement.
For a long route, the journey setup may depend on driver rest arrangements or a second driver. The final configuration and conditions are agreed individually.

Agree the luggage in advance
Provide the number and approximate dimensions of suitcases, carry-on bags, pushchairs and unusual items. The same number of bags can occupy very different volumes, so size matters.
Do not consider the suitcase count alone: passengers and luggage need to be assessed together. Advance agreement helps prevent surprises during loading.

What to keep within reach in the cabin
Avoid placing documents, your phone, a charger, water and anything you may need during the journey deep in the luggage compartment. Pack them together in a small cabin bag.

On a private transfer, reasonable stops for rest, toilets or food can be agreed to suit the route. If you need a stop at a particular place, mention it when booking.
