01
How many passengers can a Mercedes-Benz V250 Extra Long accommodate?
In its standard configuration, the KASEL DRIVE Mercedes-Benz V250 Extra Long accommodates up to 7 passengers, excluding the driver.
The vehicle is suitable for:
- family journeys
- transfers for small groups
- railway station and airport transfers
- intercity routes
- international transfers from Ukraine to Europe
With KASEL DRIVE, your group books the entire vehicle with driver. Individual seats are not sold, and no unrelated passengers are added to the journey.
02
How much luggage fits in practice?
For a larger group, the number of seats is only part of the question; the actual volume of luggage matters too.
Our guidance is based not only on the model specifications but also on practical experience using our own vehicle.
We carried out a practical luggage-loading check in our Mercedes-Benz V250 Extra Long. We were able to fit 3 large suitcases, 4 medium suitcases and several small bags.
This is a useful reference point for a family or group journey. We still recommend sharing the number and approximate size of your bags in advance because:
- suitcases in the same size category can vary considerably in their dimensions
- backpacks and hand luggage may be added to the main suitcases
- a stroller, sports equipment or other bulky items may also need to be carried
Before confirming a booking, we consider the number of passengers and the amount of luggage together.

03
Can 7 passengers travel with suitcases?
Yes. The KASEL DRIVE Mercedes-Benz V250 Extra Long accommodates up to 7 passengers, and our practical check included 3 large suitcases, 4 medium suitcases and several small bags.
However, we do not promise that every possible combination of seven passengers and suitcases of any size will fit.
Before the journey, it is best to tell us:
- the number of passengers
- the number of large suitcases
- the number of medium suitcases
- the amount of hand luggage
- whether you are bringing a stroller or other bulky items
This allows us to assess the luggage arrangement before the vehicle is dispatched.
04
Travelling with children and child seats
The Mercedes-Benz V250 Extra Long is suitable for family journeys with children.
If a child seat is required, please tell us when booking.
There are two options:
- KASEL DRIVE can arrange rental of a suitable child seat with advance notice
- passengers may use their own child seat
When booking, please share the child's age and the number of child seats required so the appropriate option can be agreed before the journey.
05
What to tell us before booking
To assess comfortable seating and luggage placement in advance, please provide:
- the number of passengers
- the number of large and medium suitcases
- the amount of hand luggage
- whether a child seat is required
- whether you are bringing a stroller, oversized luggage or have any special requests
This is especially important for airport transfers, international routes and journeys with a larger family or group.
06
